So what is Apetamin and what does it do you may ask?
Apetamin is for people who struggle with loss of appetite and poor eating habits
also used for people who suffer from Anorexia
Apetamin is vitamin syrup that enhance your appetite.
It does have it side effect: which are drowsiness, disorientation, and can cause hallucinations in old folks. it takes effect 20-30 mins after drinking it well for me it does... But everyone is different so might not have the same effect...
It's also comes with a measuring cup which has its label of 5mil 10mil and 15mil for adults you're supposed to take 10 mil three times a day before eating any meal

Day two of taking the Apetamin, i must say i woke up feeling really drink and drowsy so i would advise you take a couple days of whatever your doing. so far my appetite hasn't really boosted its still the same but i have noticed am able to finish my food with out struggling
i did wake up felling hungry which rarely happens i usually eat my first meal of the day around 11am-12pm but this time i ate about 9am before eating i took some of the syrup (10mil) i then made my self a bacon sandwich about 40 min of eating i started feeling drowsy and sleepy (but before going back to bed i had a shower lool) so i had a nap and woke up about 2pm (i know long ass sleep) but when i woke up i wasn't hungry, but had to eat something so i took some more of the syrup (10mil) then made my self a little sandwich again no struggle eating it (so in a way it is working just working slow) didn't take long before i started feeling sleepy and drowsy again so went back to bed but i didn't have a long sleep about a 2hour nap.
i woke up still feeling drowsy but not sleepy around 7pm i took my final syrup for the day again at (10mil) the had some rice with stew and chicken :P again no struggle eating it

Day three of taking the Apetamin and so far no good my appetite is still the same i haven't really eaten much today i just managed to eat about two meals and couple of snacks and that's about it.
i still feel drowsy when i take the syrup but it doesn't last long it wears off after about 30mins
i really don't have much to say as it been the same i am still on my first bottle so am going to give it couple more week might see some changes when i start my second bottle.

Day Four, so my appetite has increased a little bit more i managed to have FOUR meals with no struggle at all in fact i ate all of my meals. I am still on 10mil Three times a day. i didn't really feel drowsy or sleepy so i guess it wearing off but what i will say is i find it default to sleep at night for some reason my legs feel restless its wired but i really struggled to sleep which can be a problem if you have to be up early in the morning.

oct 25th
Day five i woke up hungry omgosh!!! this syrup is working so differently to when i first tried it!!! i woke up really hungry about 9:00am, before eating i took 10mil of the syrup. I then had a big bowl of Cheerios and i finished it all, When i tell you in less than 30mins i was hungry again!! so i made my self a bacon sandwich i finished it! i also snacked in between, around 1pm i had some oven chips with sausage i had 3 sausages with chips there was a lot on my plate, but believe me when i say i finished everything! wasn't long till i was hungry again (about an hour) so got my self a footlong subway.... yes i did and that's like two subs in one!! and guess what??? i FINISHED IT...
I also had some more snacks after (about 20 mins after eating) had a big bag of popcorn to my self some oreos and three packets of crips (potato chips) around 5pm i took my second dose (10mil) i wasn't hungry for a while but i was peckish so i had some more snacks.. about 7pm-8pm i had a dominos pizza i had 6slices and potatoes wages.. i took my final 10pm and went to bed!
So far my appetite has really increase which i am happy about am finally eating. That means it
working

Day six
That was my breakfast 2x sausages 4x hash browns 2x fried eggs 4x toast and a naked smoothy, guess what? i finished it all in fact i was still hungry after eating it.. So made some scrabble eggs on toast .. I did forget to take my Apetamin in the morning i didn't remember till mid-day so took some (10mil) around 13:00pm i had some oven chips with chicken nuggets. from 2-5 i just snacked on anything i could see, crips,chocolate,bread,yogurt i was hungry... around 6 i took my second does (10mil) and had some fried rice.
The Apetamin doesn't make me sleepy or drowsy anymore so that good but it is making me very hungry am trying to eat health but when your hungry anything goes. I am almost done with my first bottle so will be starting my next bottle tomorrow which will be the (27th oct 2015)

so i haven't really updated much as my laptop has been down, but over all the Apetamin has worked for me i have gain some weight in a week... it doesn't make me feel sleep or drowsy any more... my appetite has really increased.. i am seeing results, oh and my legs don't feel restless anymore am able to sleep good...
i will not be updating any more about the Apetamin so check my youtube to see how i work out the weight i gained. that will be every sunday
